The manager explained the exhaust fan in the bathroom failed. The fire dept. was called however TFD did not summons CE for evaluation as the only issue was the exhaust fan. TFD did cause some minor damage to the drywall and the fan caused some damage to the vinyl flooring. The manager stated the flooring, drywall and fan will be repaired ASAP. The manager stated the tenant had not reported any water leaks at windows however advised she would send a maintenance person to investigate. I asked the manager to contact myself once the repairs were completed. |
