07/17/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT COX Approved I visited the manager this morning who stated that she was aware of the issues. The manager explained the exhaust fan in the bathroom failed. The fire dept. was called however TFD did not summons CE for evaluation as the only issue was the exhaust fan. TFD did cause some minor damage to the drywall and the fan caused some damage to the vinyl flooring. The manager stated the flooring, drywall and fan will be repaired ASAP. The manager stated the tenant had not reported any water leaks at windows however advised she would send a maintenance person to investigate. I asked the manager to contact myself once the repairs were completed.
07/28/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE COX Approved Visited management office and manager confirmed repairs were made. In addition manager stated the carpets were scheduled to be replaced as well.
