07/01/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Had a fire in unit #210 and #209 and the front door was kicked in to check for fire. The metal security door was forced opened and bending the locks and the frame. The jamb was split and the molding popped off doing some damage to the drywall. The unit was OK other than smelled like smoke. The management did place a pad lock on the wooden door due to the owner had left the property to another location for the night. Once the unit was cleared by T.F.D. the unit was locked. The power was turned off a that the breaker and the management will be able to turn it on once the owners come back to the unit. Will check in 30 days. RV.
09/11/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved No one home and the office is closed until 9-22-14. Will call the manager after 9-22-14 to check on the status of the permit and the work that was done. RV.
