07/01/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Received call from communication that T.F.D. on site with a building fire. Arrived and the unit was vacant and the H.O.A. was doing repairs to the plumbing in the bathroom. The water was leaking and the H.O.A. had a resident sodering and started a fire in the wall and to the roof area and damage the next unit 210 through the roof. The drywall was pulled down to check for fire in the walls and ceilings. The meter was pulled due to the damage of the fire. The water damage was to other units and will be checking those units for damage. The unit was vacant at the time of the fire. Management was on site to have paper work signed but the owner to this unit did show to the site and the owner signed the paper work. Did the posting of "Do Not Enter" on the front door. Took pictures. Will check in 30 days. RV.
09/11/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved No one home and the office is closed until 9-22-14. Will call the manager after 9-22-14 to check on the status of the permit and the work that was done. RV.
