07/01/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT COX Approved The residence is currently secured. There is an attached storage room which is open however there is no access to the interior of the residence itself. The storage room is empty. There is much refuse and debris strewn about in the front, side and rear yards. It appears as though the occupants left the residence abruptly, leaving behind many personal belongings. Currently the county assessor is listing FNMA as the owner. The listed previous owner is consistant with the water customer. Water service was terminated 06-30-14. By all appearances the home was lost to foreclosure. The previous homeowner has a mailing address of 1950 W. Speedway, a La Frontera facility. I will send a notice to FNMA for clean up.
07/28/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE COX Approved All the debris and trash has been removed and the structure remains secured. Case closed.
