06/26/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Received call from communication that T.F.D. on site with a house fire. Arrived and the property has a mobile home with a wood frame shed build on the east side attached. The fire started on the exterior of the home and burned into the shed and the home. The mobile home has smoke damage where the door on the side was opened. The wood frame shed has damaged to the exterior wood panels and the interior is OK. The was some wiring on the exterior of the mobile home and the wooden shed and that has been damaged by the fire or heat. The property has storage and trash and debris through out. Where the fire was burned had piles of items that were damaged. The mobile home had no smoke detectors and the interior has no clear paths to doors and windows. The bedroom are full of storage. When T.E.P. came to the site to remove the meter, their was no meter and had jumpers giving power to the mobile home in the pedistal. The pedistal was been blocked where a pond was built next to the pedistal and not giving the proper clearance. The jumper were removed and the power removed at the transformer. Did the posting of "Do Not Enter" and the owner signed the paper work at another address where she was staying. Will check in 30 days. RV.
