06/04/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved Upon inspection I found a yard gate open and unsecured. I found some cord and tied the gate in a closed position to temproarily secure the yard. The water in the pool was chemically out of balance laden with alge. The home was unoccupied and it appeared to have been vacated recently. Tucson water records indicate there is active service in the trustor's name. A check of the Pima County Recorders office revealed there was a Trustee's Sale today at Superior Court. The beneficary of the note is FNMA out of Beaverton, Oregon. I will follow up in one week to see if a new trustor was recorded after today's sale.
