05/09/2014 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | VIDAL | Approved | Received call from T.F.D. that work is being done on the property with out a permit. Arrived and found where work is being done with the drywall being removed on the ceiling, new ductwork being installed where the old has been removed and the new installed under the trusses. Found a new upgrade exterior panel being installed on the exterior near the middle of the structure on the west side under the porch. Did meet with a worker and is currently cleaning the property and was allowed to keep cleaning as long as not work being done to the building. Did talk to the contractor working on the property and did ask for a permit and they do not have one and the drawings are being done at this time. Did let the contractor know that the work needs to be stopped at this time and not allowed to work until the permit has been installed. Does have tall grass and weeds with trash and debris. Will do N.O.V. RV. |
