04/21/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT GGOODMAN Approved VISITED SITE, DID FIND 4 TRAILERS ON THE PROPERTY, 4-5 SHEDS ON THE PROERTY, TIRES, PILES OF WOOD, PIPE, TOOLS. THERE WAS A FENCE AROUND THE ABOVE MENTIONED AND THERE WERE SEVERAL GATES ALL CHAINED AND LOCKED THAT SECURED THE PROPERTY. THERE WAS ONE TRAILER AND ONE CAMPER OUTSIDE THE FENCE/GATES THAT WERE BEING USED FOR STORAGED BUT NOT DAMAGED, JUST OLD LOOKING. APPEARS THAT THIS WAS ONE TIME A SAND AND GRAVEL PIT BECAUSE OF THE LARGE PILES OF GRAVEL SCATTERED THRU OUT THE 16 ACRE PROPERTY. THERE WERE NO TRESPASSING SIGNS ON THE FENCE AND A SIGN AT THE ENTRY /ROAD AREA. THERE ARE TWO HOMES EAST OF THE FENCED AREA. ROAD SERVICES 3 PROPERTIES. TWO TRAILERS INSIDE THE FENCED WERE MARKED AS OFFICES. THERE WAS ALSO A 40 YARD DUPSTER LOOKED BRAND NEW VERY CLOSE TO THE FENCED AREA AND AREA GIVEN A SECLUDED FEEL DUE TO THE TREES AROUND THE FENCED AREA. ** SPOKE WITH MARTIN OF MY FINDINGS, EXPLAINED THE FENCE AND NO TRESPASSING SIGNS, MARTIN FELT LIKE WE HAD NO JURISDICTION BUT ASKED I CONTACT THE OWNER AND INFORM HIM OF THE COMPALINT. I DID GET CONTACT NUMBER THRU DEX PAGES AND TRIED CONTACTING OWNER SEVERAL TIMES AT THAT NUMBER, MESSAGE STATED MESSAGE BOX WAS NOT SET UP. JOSE VILLAGOMEZ (602-276-0389) NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE.
