Arrived and T.P.D. on site due to the door was kicked in. The water was coming from unit #220 where the water appears was left on at the kitchen sink. Did check the bathroom area and no water was in the area. The water leaked through the ceiling into unit #120. The water puddled around the window sill and on the floor of the unit. There was no damaged at this time and the tenant has just gotten home from work. T.P.D. was not able to make contact with the management and I called the security company and received phone numbers to call. Was able to call and made contact with the manager and she was going to send maintenance. The keys to unit #220 were placed in the mail slot in the office due to no one showed while on site. The tenant from #220 was taken to the hospital and was able to lock the door. Will check with the management in 10 days to check the areas that were wet from the water leak. Will check in 10 days. RV. |
