04/11/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Owner called and the repairs have been completed. Arrived and the riser has been replaced and the wires have been changed to new. The brace has been installed and ready for the connection from T.E.P. T.E.P was on site and was advised that the riser was ready and they were going to add the wiring from the pole to the house once they were done on their side. The posting was able to be removed and the owner will be able to stay in the house. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
04/11/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT MMENDOZA Approved Overhead service entrance pulled down by large delivery truck, feeders cross street in front of house torn down and riser bent over.TEP cut and removed service entrance feeds from transformer to riser . TEP to reconnect once repairs are completed.
