The fire investigators were on site looking for the cause of the fire. T.E.P. placed a lock on the disconnect removing power on the east side. The west side of the park was left on at this time. The feeder to the east side of the park was burned during the fire and the fire has burned the feeder and was cut and laying on the ground. The mobile home was a total lost and the owner is out of state and did talk to the property manager Matt. Was given permission to place a temporary fence around the damaged mobile home. The tenant did go into the mobile home to check on what he could get out the was worth keeping. Did the posting of "Do Not Enter" and had the tenant sign the Notice to vacate. The park is being inspected at this time and will get with the inspector Juan Valdez to check on the status and will have the park checked for other damage during the day light hours. RV. |
