No over-the-road truck parked in the street and there are no easements in this area. I must presume the complainant(s) are referring to the area between the sidewalk and the street when speaking of an easement and that area has some wild flowers and a small amount of desert grass. Again no accumulation and nothing over 6" in height. With regard to the allegation of parking an over-the-road truck in the street the complainant(s) should be directed to ParkWise for enforcement of vehicles parking in the street.
