Was shown where the line was back which was the main sewer line for the units. The cap has been removed from the clean out for unit #6. Unit #5 has a opening in the line where the overflow is coming out and going on the ground. Did call the owne and he was coming to the property. The owner did call a plumber and will be on the property soon to look at cleaning the line. In and Out Plumbing did arrive and the line was snaked. The line has dirt and that is still holding the water from flowing properly. Was able to run water into the hole in the rear of unit #5 with a house and the line was cleared of the dirt in the line. Did check with the tenants and both units and the plumbing was working OK. No one in the other units on the north side so not able to check if they are OK. Due to the line was cleared will be leaving the property and the owner will be making the repairs to the sewer line once it's exposed. Will check the site tomorrow with the area inspector. RV. |
