Description:
No plumbing in the kitchen. Water can be turned on, resident puts a pot under the sink to collect the water. Pot has to be drained into the bathroom. Plumbing drains in bathroom, but drains really slowing. Furnace makes noise when it turns on. Sounds like the furnace is going to take off and launch. No screen on the front door. Resident smells gas. She was told to call SW Gas right away, that we can not turn off the gas. Resident worries she has carbon monoxide poisoning.
