INSPECTION FOUND PORCH WAS EXISTING, METAL ROOF AND METAL POST STRUCTURES WERE ALREADY IN PLACE. CONCRETE PAD WAS EXISTING AND AND ALLMETAL AWNING CONNECTIONS WERE CORRECT AND POSTS WERE BOLTED TO THE PAD. THREE WALLS ADED TO THE EAST, WEST AND SOUTH SIDES OF THE PORCH HAD DBL TOP PLATES, BUILT ALL THE WAY UP TO THE METAL ROOF AND WALLS WERE SCREWED FROM THE ROOF INTO THE WALL. BOTTOM PLATES WERE GREEN PLATE AND BOLTED TO THE CONCRETE. WALLS HAD A 24 INCH PONY WALL WITH SIDING ON THE EXTERIOR AND SIDING SCREWED TO THE CRIPPLES BELOW THE SILL PLATE AND ABOVE WAS A SCREENED 4FT X 5FT SCREENED AREA, AND HEADERS WERE BOX HEADERS TO DBL TOP PLATE CARRIED BY 1 1/2' TRIMMERS. PORCH WAS ATTACHED TO THE DBL WIDE TRAILER. SCREEN PORCH WAS CONSTRUCTED PROPERLY, SECURED TO EXISTING ROOF AND TRAILER. PERMITS NOT REQUIRED AS OWNER WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO OBTAIN A PERMIT FROM DSD. NO VIOLATION / CLOSE CASE.
