The roots in the toilet have been cut with removing the toilet and checking it. The tenant is still having trouble with the flushing and the management is still working and the plumber will be back to check the drain. At this time the N.O.V. will not be sent due to already addressing the issues. Did meet with the manager after the inspection and will check next week to check the status. Will check in 7 days. RV.
