Description:

Location has overgrown trees that hang down very low. This house is a corner house, on the northeast corner of Essel and Rio Verde. The overgrown tree appears along the sidewalk that runs along Essel. The tree branches hang so low, a pedestrian can not physically duck low enough to avoid them. To avoid these branches you have to walk clear out into the road, and considering Essel is a very high traffic street, it's unsafe to do so as there are several cars during busy times of day. (CE01 Area)
