RMIN: Cooler motor is hanging off and cooler does not work. No screens on windows Bathroom shower faucet stays on and temperature not regulated. Roach infestation. Hole underneath sink in kitchen. Smoke detectors do not work properly. No water pressure in any of the faucets. All has been reported to Owner and has been unwilling to make any repairs.
