| 02/28/2014 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | PUMPHREY | Approved | Site inspection showed two unattached accessory structures in rear yard with no plumbing facilities, kitchens, or sewer per owner. Owner advised that she was previously renting the structures and would be taking action to remove the individual(s). She was advised the units could not be used as living structures due to lack of proper facilities for living units. Scheduled followup for Monday with owner. Other property violations present as follows: 1) secondary accessory structure was built without permits with added electrical circuit and dilapidated porch attached to structure and west fence, not meeting setbacks. 2) West main structure (there are two) has an attached room and carport built without permits. 3) East main structure has a large attached rear porch that does not meet building code, built without permits. This structure also has two greenhouses of a temporary type. There is also an accumulation of refuse, scattered debris, and vegetation on the entire property. These violations will be addressed in a separate notice. |
| 12/04/2014 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | PUMPHREY | Approved | Site inspection, heavily raining; defendant did not schedule inspection prior to hearing as required.
