02/24/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT PUMPHREY Approved East facing wall (under 7') shows 1½-2' projections (6) added to exisiting wall without approved HPZ review; metal bollards (12) have been installed east from the wall, but appear to have been there since at least 2006 per aerials. The projections and bollards both appear to be in the ROW without approval from TDOT. The wall modification requires HPZ review and approval; there is none on file for this work.
