Whether the property on which the sign is located is vacant or unoccupied; 2. The length of time the property is vacant or unoccupied; 3. The condition of the property; 4. The status of any business licenses, permits, or certificates of occupancy; 5. Utility records for the property; 6. Any acts taken by any person with respect to the property; and 7. Any other factor the sign code administrator considers relevant to this determination. D. Temporary signs. Temporary signs shall be deemed discontinued when the time, event or purpose to which the sign pertains has passed or otherwise no longer applies, and shall be removed as directed in a written notification by the sign code administrator. | Not Approved |
