Upon investigation I discovered the activity reported at 720 was actually occuring at 802 N. Catalina Av. I spoke with a woman who claimed to be the former owner. She was sitting in a chair outside the fenced yard where a large amount of personal items were displyed in a yard sale type fashion. She explained the things were hers however she had recently lost the property to a lender due to a default on the payments and she was locked out of the property. There were chains and locks on the gates. She gave me the name of the new owner, a corporation, which I looked up and verified. I will send a residential storage NOV to the new owner for the items in the front yard although I believe it will only be a short amount of time before the new owner cleans everything up for his/her future intended use of the property. |
