WE ALL AGREED THAT THE NOISE WAS A TPD ISSUE, THE COMPLAINTANT WAS INFORMED. KARIN MENTIONED SHE WOULD REFER THE CASE TO MARTIN ROMERO FOR A POSSIBLE ON CALL INSPECTION.
02/21/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE LOPEZ Approved Inspected property from 930pm to 1030pm no band playing at this time, did speak with manager and advised of complaint. Also advised of noise and of violation of the site plan if someone was using storage unit to practice playing in band. I will be closing this case for now per supervisor.
