WARREN & ELAINE MATTHIAS

Description:

Yard sales on site. Sales occur on a pretty regular basis. They start on Fridays and run through the weekend. Items are ofetn left outside and covered with a tarp during the week. When the weather is good there are more sales. There is an 18' portable cool box placed on the side of the property filled with stuff that is pulled out for the sales. Carport is packed with stuff too. Only enough space to park one car. Signs for the sales are placed in the median at Broadway & Natchee and out by a child day care center. Lots of traffic occurs in the neighborhood due to these sales.
