02/10/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT COX Approved Visited the site today and spoke with the manager. I explained the complaint and she said she none of it was true and suspected a person who's employment was recently terminated. She said there was a master-meter system and that each space had individual meters and electrical pedetals. She stated that there was no person hire to "mess with" electrical boxes at night or any other time. She said when there are problems they use licensed contractors to conduct the necessary work. She stated that there was man who lived there who did take his electrical meter out and installed it upside down in an attempt to make it run backward, however that attempt failed. She stated further that she nor any other employee has access to individual electricity bills as they are furnished by a private contractor who reads the meters and issues the bills just as TEPCO would. After speaking with the manager I took a look at the master-meter which was fenced, then drove throught he entire park looking for any obvious violations. The park is by and large very well maintained and the mobile homes are clean and in a state of good repair.
02/27/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE COX Approved Romero and Saldate had visited the property independently of myself and had identified a problem at one of the units. Saldate stated that he had spoken with the occupant's son who ultimately resolved the problem.
