01/30/2014 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT NAVARRO Approved Visited site, met TFD on site. Inspected, found damage in the employee lunch room in a trash basket. Sprinkler head was set off and water damage inside. Also upon furthur inspection found as follows, outlet and switch covers were missing, also inside breaker panels were blocked with obstacles and tools, accumulation of sawdust and lumber in work area. Wrote notice of violation and gave ten days to abate, had tenant sign and gave a copy.
