DAMAGE WAS TO THE REAR STUCCO PONY WALL OR BARRIER WALL OF THE PATIO THAT WAS 4 FT IN HEIGHT, AND APPROX. 8 FT LENGTH. tHE PONY WALL WAS PUSHED INWARDS TOWARDS THE BUILDING, AND CRIPPLES KICKED OFF THE BOTTOM PLATE. STUCCO ON THE WALL WAS DAMAGED WHERE THE WALL WAS IMPACTED AND CRACKING OCCURRED WHERE THE PONY WAS TIED INTO THE STRUCTURE ON EITHER SIDE. UNIT #1027 WAS VACANT ST THE TIME. CHECKED UNIT ABOVE BUT FOUND NO DAMAGE. NOV WAS ISSUED, PERMITS WERE NOT REQUIRED DUE REPAIRS BEING FAIRLY MINOR AND DAMAGE MAINLY TO THE STUCCO OF THE STRUCTURE AND LIMITED TO THE PONY WALL OF THE PORCH. |
