12/23/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Received a call from Neil from the C.S.R. and the complaint is back up plumbing. Arrived and the plumbing was the shower valves were leaking. The valves were stems and the tenant stating that they have been worked on and still leak. Did receive a call that the plumber was on his way after talking to the property manager. Did meet with the plumber and went over that the valves were leaking and the seats need to be checked. The furnace is brand new with an A-coil for an aircondition. The furnace was turning on and the flame would go out. Did pulled the panels off thinking that the buttons were stuck. Did check if the gas was on and was able to see the flame come on than go off. It kept trying to restart but would go back off. While on site the heating and cooling company showed and let see what is going on. Due to the work was being done no N.O.V. was written and will check tomorrow. RV.
12/24/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The plumbing has been repaired in the shower and tub valves. They are still working on the furnace. They have changed the fuses and now going through the system and is still turning off with the heat. Will check in 10 days. RV.
