Peeling, chipping, flaking or abraded paint shall be repaired, removed or covered. All walls, ceilings or floors shall be free from holes, breaks and loose or rotting materials. THE INSULATION AND AIRDUCT WORK WAS WET WITH WATER FROM THE TUB WHICH WAS DIRECTLY ABOVE HER BATHROOM. USING A FLASHLIGHT WE WERE ABLE TO SEE THAT THE WATER WAS LEAKING FROM THE PIPES. MET W/APT MGMT AND MAINT. EXPLAINED WHAT WE SAW AND WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. SCHEDULED A TIME TO FOLLOW UP ON THE REPAIR WHICH IS CURRENTLY SCHEDULED FOR FRIDAY, SATURDAY. WE REQUESTED THAT THE TUB IN THE SECOND FLOOR BE FILLED SO WE CAN VERIFY THAT THE TUB NO LONGER LEAKS INTO THE BOTTOM FLOOR BEFORE THEY CLOSE UP THE AREA ABOVE THE TUB. TIME SCHEDULE IS 2PM ON 12/16/2013.
