Perhaps at one time the area was an alley however per the aerial maps all property lines are adjoining on 25th Pl, 26th Pl and Camino Seco indicating the area is private property. The pile of boards are actually on the property of 8622 E. 25th Place and the boards are not in any way blocking as stated by the complainant. I'll attempt to contact the PO at 8622 and question her/him on the ultimate destination of the boards.
