Did meet with Pima County on the issues and will not be doing the repairs to the structure due to the structure may be removed for another project. This unit was not involved in the fire but has all the utilities connect together. Was trying to seperate the utilities and not able to do a lock out on the electrical and has to remove a union for the gas to place a cap to keep gas going to this unit from the house. The Reps. signed all the paper work and did the posting of "Do Not Enter". The Red Cross was called to the site for placement. The tenant is looking for a place that a trailer can be parked to stay in the trailer. Will check in 30 days. RV. |
