12/02/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT DCOX Approved On Wednesday 11-27-13 at 10:30 Inspector Pumphrey and I met with the occupants representative to inspect the residence and investigate the complaint. There were some violations. There were multiple spots where rodent feces were present, there was a problem with the hall tub/shower which was under repair but not yet completed. There was an exterior door in a bedroom which needed the seal replaced as light was visible throughout the entire gap between the door and the jamb. We were shown 2 areas, one near the main electrical panel and one in the carport area, of the residence where feral pigeons are nesting and creating an unsanitary and potentially hazardous situation with their excrement. I will contact the homeowner and discuss the areas in need of correction and follow up with an NOV.
