11/21/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT WNAVARRO Approved Visited site, met TPD and TFD on site, inspected and found as follows, apartment 236 was a complete loss, inpsected unit 136 and found minima water damage to the interior of unit, had four apots in ceiling from water penitration-paint was bubbled from water, had red cross put tenant in motel for one niight while maintainance repair ceiling, had southwesr gas tech turn off main gas meter to all apartments due to feeder line had no shut off connection to 236,main service disconnect was not terminated and main breaker to apartment 236 was was left in the off position, also explained to the manager that the roofing would have to be repaired due the damage and apartment 136 being below 236, I wrote a notice of violation for the repairs of the gas line and the total loss of apartment 236, gave twenty four hours to abate the gas line to the other six units.
06/09/2014 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE PUMPHREY Approved Plan review approved under permit T14CM02578 on 05/05/14; fire damage repair to units #236 & 136.
