They were able to find plans for the complex and the plans show 9-spaces and they have 10 due to added an extra on Bldg. #1. Have no phone number to call or to check if some is needing an extra space where the live or are just checking if they are in compliance. I did check with Dave Rivera from zoning at Planning and Development Services Department and he stated as long as they match the drawings, the apartment is OK. At this time the case will be closed until we get another complaint or have another call on this issues. No Verify, Close Case. RV.
