10/30/2013	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	RVIDAL	Approved	Received a call from communication that T.P.D. on site with a car hitting a carport ramada. Arrived and in front of building #8 the metal post for the carport ramada was hit and bending the post at the bottom of the post. The roof portion was pulled down to where a tow truck was called to the site to pick up the roof where sagging to have the vehicle removed. The vehicle was pulled sideways away from the bent post and than driven to a parking space. The manager was on site and signed all the paper work. The contractor who built the site was called and showed to the property. The contractor was going to secure the roof system and block the parking spaces. The contractor has called the company who did the carport and will be looking at doing the repairs. Did go over that a permit will need to get a permit and will need to check with P.D.S.D. The contractor will call LeeRay to check on the permit. All the vehicles were removed from the parking spaces and the manager will be working with the contractor to check what spaces can be used. The spaces that were affected were 41 thru 48. There was no damage to the building and the metal carport was detached from the building. Will check in 30 days.
