Description:

Door (back door that faces Dodge) is not secured. Faucets drip all the time. Kitchen is a slower leak. No smoke detectors. Holes in the walls that have not been repaired. Structure crack from the roof half way down the wall in the kithcen that has not been patched, just painted over. Tenant will point out where a broken water pipe is. There are mold issues. Tenant told we do not address mold concerns. Tenant may be moving out of unit at the end of the month.
