Description:

Resident rotating furniture and kitchen appliances. They seem to have yards sales ongoing for 2-4 days at a time, at any given time they have 3 weekends out of a month and has been going on for the past year. Items are stored in the carport during the week, then shifted to the driveway for their yard sale. Yard sale signs are posted on Harrison and everywhere all the time advertising their yard sales. They are currently set up right now, if an inspector is able to head out. But if history repeats itself they should be set up again next Thursday.

SHE MENTIONED HER NEIGHBORS WERE GOING TO HELP HER, I WAS INTRODUCED TO THE NEIGHBOR, HE HAD A TRAILER AND BOTH UNDERSTOOD WHAT I EXPECTED AND MENTIONED REMOVAL OF STUFF WOULD BE TAKEN CARE OF BY THE WEEKEND.
11/05/2013 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GGOODMAN Approved REVISITED SITE, FOUND THE MAJORITY OF DEBRIS WAS REMOVED FROM THE CARPORT AND AREA SOUTH OF THE CARPORT. COUCH WAS REMOVED FROM THE YARD. WANTED ITEMS WERE PLACED ON SHELVES AT THE FRONT OF THE CARPORT ALLOWING FOR A VEHICLE TO BE PARKED. AGAIN NO YARD SALE TAKING PLACE, NEIGHBORS TRUCK AND TRAILER WERE PARKED IN THE STREET IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE WITH A SECOND TRUCK AND TRAILER. NOV NOT REQUIRED. COMPLIANCE / CLOSE CASE.
