Plumbing concerns. Not hot water for months. Mold in the bathroom due to leaking pipes. Bathroom walls are invefested with mold. Tenant told we do not address mold issues. Dishwahser leaks and has a foul odor inside it. Tenant has been living outside the unit due to the smells and not hot water. Please call before inspection.
