The building is masonry and hit under the window in the middle of the building. The exterior wall around the area has several cracks in the wall on both side of the impact. The interior has cracks in the kitchen area and the living room area. Some cracks are on the ceiling and not sure if from the impact but should be looked at as part of the damage. The electrical was turned off at the main electrical panel by breaker and the sub-panel on the inside of the unit. The bedrrom has metal conduit for outlets that was bent and laying on the ground. The window has cracked glass on both sides of the XOwindow. The buildings are vacant and secured. The exterior has ABS plumbing for the drainage system and has cracks on the fittings where they connect on the wall and on the ground level. The came to the site and she signed the paper work and will get with the father of the son who hit the building. The car was pulled out and the owner gave permission to have Bathcrest secure the opening. A 4 x 4 was placed at the side of the window to support the masonry block from falling. 1-sheet of plywood was placed on the opening to block access to the interior of the unit.
