There is a dumpster in the right of way at the trailer park at 4240 E. Lee Street. The dumpster is near the entrance of the park. This appears to be in a pedestrian easement and should be available to walk on if it is. This dumpster can be seen on Google Maps and shows it's a COT dumpster, but I believe it is now Waste Management.
