ES referral: trash dumped in alley. Caller said owner of business set trash in the alley including a lot of tires. There is more trash in the back yard of the business along with abandoned pit bull dogs. 2nd complaint received 9/27/2013: The garage at 4132 E. Grant Road is closed . Behind the building and to the alley is a small trailer that someone is living in, who has 3 vicious pit bull dogs. There are a great deal of trash and aluminum siding to privatize the trailer. Someone is attempting to clean up the trash and has piled 20 or so tires and other trash in the alley. There is no brush and bulky pickup in the alley - so either it is the responsibility of the business garbage pick up or illegal dumping department.
