Applicant:
PARLIAMENT PROPERTIES INC 51% & WALLOCK REVOC TR 49%
Description:
Excessive lighting from the businesses on the southwest corner of Harrison Road and 22nd Street, particularly the Five Guys Hamburgers and Mattress Firm. Neighbors have no trouble with the parking lot lights (they are mostly on the opposite side from the neighborhood), but the lights inside the businesses are so bright they shine through the windows of the neighbors. There is a wall around the back, but it is too low to provide much shielding.
