09/19/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT LPUMPHRE Approved Site inspecton showed the structure to be in poor condition with visibly deteriorated exterior components, large portions of missing roofing material which suggest continuing water damage to interior. Previous case notes indicate interior had ceiling and drywall damage, pest infestation (rats). There has been no abatement of the property conditions as noted. Surrounding yard has a large accumulation of vegetation well over 6", with dead vegetation accumulation on the ground, allowing for severe pest (bugs) infestation; refuse accumulation present (including roofing material).
