SHORT CIRCUIT PROBLEMS INSIDE THE HOUSE. FAULTY ELECTRICAL WIRING AROUND THE HOUSE. LIVE WIRES IN ATTIC ARE HANGING OUT. TENANT SAYS THEIR ARE LIVE WIRES IN THE ROOMS AS WELL. CALLER'S BED IS INFESTED WITH MICE AND PACK RATS. 2 EXTERMINATORS HAVE BEEN ON SITE AND WILL NOT TREAT THE HOUSE UNTIL THEY CAN "SEAL IT UP" AS THERE IS SUCH A PROBLEM WITH THE MICE/RATS EATING THE INSULATION IN THE ATTIC. TENANT HAS KIDS. ONE IS DISABLED AND HAS MICE IN THEIR BED. PLEASE CALL THE TENANT BEFORE INSPECTION. SHE WILL PROVIDE THE OWNER'S PHONE NUMBER AFTER THE INSPECTION. SHE FEELS SHE WILL BE EVICTED AFTER THE INSPECTION.
