SHORT CIRCUIT PROBLEMS INSIDE THE HOUSE. FAULTY ELECTRICAL WIRING AROUND THE HOUSE. LIVE WIRES IN ATTIC ARE HANGING OUT. TENANT SAYS THEIR ARE LIVE WIRES IN THE ROOMS AS WELL. CALLER'S BED IS INFESTED WITH MICE AND PACK RATS. 2 EXTERMINATORS HAVE BEEN ON SITE AND WILL NOT TREAT THE HOUSE UNTIL THEY CAN "SEAL IT UP" AS THERE IS SUCH A PROBLEM WITH THE MICE/RATS EATING THE INSULATION IN THE ATTIC. TENANT HAS KIDS. ONE IS DISABLED AND HAS MICE IN THEIR BED. PLEASE CALL THE TENANT BEFORE INSPECTION. SHE WILL PROVIDE THE OWNER'S PHONE NUMBER AFTER THE INSPECTION. SHE FEELS SHE WILL BE EVICTED AFTER THE INSPECTION.

10/15/2013 T.C. Ch. 16, Sec. 16-4. PERMITS REQUIRED. Unless otherwise exempt pursuant to section 301 of the Administrative Code, as adopted by reference per section 6-1 of this Code, or pursuant to any other ordinance or statute, no building, structure or building service equipment regulated by this chapter or by the technical codes adopted by the city shall be built, erected, constructed, enlarged, altered, repaired, moved, improved, removed, converted or demolished unless a permit first has been obtained from the building official in the manner provided in the administrative and building codes adopted by the city.
