Arrived and the car was in the garage making a hole in the north wall that was wood frame with foam and 1-coat stucco. The hole is 8' x 8' removing the wood studs. The owner has items in the garage that were destoyed. The vehicle was towed from the property. The owner gave permission to have the opening secured and has talk to the insurance. The insurance is aware that the area will be secured. The owner of the vehicle did go with the tow truck and has talk to the owner on the repairs. The owner signed the paper work. There was no electrical damage in the wall and did check the water heater and the heating and cooling system that were in the garage and they were OK. Did go over the permit process and advised that a contractor will be required for the repairs to be done. Will check in 45 days. RV. |
