Air ducts not blowing cool air. Shower is not sealed properly. Wall where the pipe comes into the shower is soft, and wet all the tiime. Hole is the wall of the shower. Kitchen cabinets are in bad condition. Please call tenant to arrange a time to meet. Washer & dryer room smells musty.
