08/30/2013 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT SMITH Approved Inspection found property to be unsecured and vacant, the inside has a lot of damage to walls and ceiling, most of the electrical has been removed or is damaged. There is a lot of Graffiti on the building. Had TPD clear the inside and had bath crest come out and re-board one window and secure two doors. When talking to TPD they stated the property has been a problem for them as well and have been there a number of times. Have talked to Tracy about the property and asked for it to be classified as nuisance structure. Will be passing inforamtion on to Ernie Stevens.
