09/14/2015 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | GGOODMA2 | Approved | SPOKE WITH RICK SALDATE, EXPLAINED THE SITUATION OF THE CASE. POSSIBLE WORK W/O PERMITS BUT THAT CITY OF TUCSON COMMUNITY SERVICES COMPLETED THE PROJECT AND THEY DO NOT REQUIRE PERMITS. WORK WAS COMPLETED BECAUSE KIDS HAD PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HANDICAPPS. ALSO MENTIONED TO RICK THAT WORK SETBACK MATCHED THE EXISTING SETBACKS AND SETBACKS WERE THE ORIGINAL COMPLAINT. FINALLY THE COMPLAINTANT, MR HIBBS WANTED TO RETRACT HIS COMPLAINT DUE TO FILING THE COMPLAINT NOT KNOWING THE KIDS WERE HANDICAPPED AND HE WAS ANGRY WITH THE KIDS MAKING TOO MUCH NOISE. RICK OK'ED CLOSING THE CASE OUT MAINLY BECAUSE THE CITY OF TUCSON BECAME INVOLVED COMPLETING THE WORK TO THE STRUCTURE AND NOT REQUIRING PERMITS AND THE BEARING OF THE OVERALL SITUATION .
