There is a couch, what looks to be a gutted chest of drawers, a plastic chair, and a very large piece of table top glass outside this address at the curb. 08/06/2013 Also received complaint about possible encroachment on the easement. Caller said they removed their fence and are now using the fence of the property behind them as the property line.

(c) The following persons are jointly and individually liable for a violation of subsection (b): (1) The resident of the property upon which the debris has been discarded; (2) The person who discarded or allowed the debris to be discarded; (3) The person who owns or maintains a refuse container in which refuse is improperly placed or discarded; and (4) The person who generated the refuse. When an item contained in refuse discarded in violation of this section identifies a person, the item creates a rebuttable presumption that the person so identified generated the refuse. |
