Description:
Floor inside inside unit feels like it is going to give way (bedroom area). Patio the worst floor area for the feeling of the floor flexing, and exposed wood. Also, exposed wiring in the bedroom, no covers over the electrical plugs. Wiring does short circuit in the bedroom quite often. The old floor heaters do not work, and wires are hanging out of the units. CE13 area. Please call tenant to arrange a time to meet inside the unit.
